About Me
Welcome! I completed my Ph.D. in Mathematics at Purdue University in 2015 in Real Algebraic Geometry. I am excited about the prospects of research in Math Education (my current concentration), and I am proud to be part of the Mathematics Department here at UConn!
My favorite hobby is music, by and far. I love listening to my favorite bands, discovering new bands, and playing electric guitar, bass, and occasionally drums. I had the amazing opportunity to meet one of my favorite musicians, Joe Satriani, in April 2016, and it still feels like it was just yesterday! Feel free to strike up a conversation about music, though I may just talk your head off!
